- Authoritative geometry and effectivity live in PLM; marketing schematics are non-authoritative.
- ITAR / export-control and buyer security rules determine what may leave your controlled environment.
- Shortlist technical exchange: sign NDA / CDA, then receive data-room link or secure transfer from programme office.
